Return requirement

Please get in touch with us for return within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returned merchandise must be original, including complete packaging, hangtags, protective film, etc. Any damage or wear and tear to the merchandise may affect the acceptance of the return.

Return process

Step 1: Please first request a return through our customer service center, and we will provide you with a return authorization number.

Step 2: Pack the item with proof of purchase.

Step 3: Write the package's return authorization number and address.

Step 4: Send the package back to us.

Please note: Returns without prior communication will not be processed.

Shipping fee

Normally, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by the customer. However, if it is because of our mistake (such as a wrong shipment or defective item), please provide photos of the item or a video of opening the box to prove the problem, and we will cover the shipping cost after we confirm.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your returned item and confirmed that it is correct, your refund will be returned to your original payment account within 1-2 business days. The exact time of arrival depends on your payment method. If the refund is overdue, please get in touch with us promptly.

Please note: Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.

Order cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us within 30 minutes of placing your order. As items are packaged after 30 minutes, we cannot cancel orders after this time. If your order has already shipped, you must follow our return process.
