Where do our services cover?

Currently, to ensure fast and seamless shipping, we only offer our services within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

When will my order arrive?

Our order processing time is usually 1-2 business days. Our cut-off time for orders is Monday through Friday at 5:00 PM (AKST). Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day (excluding holidays).

Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, so your order will usually arrive within 3-7 business days.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the amount of your order. For orders under $59.99, we will ship your order via USPS First-Class Package for a $4.99 fee. For orders $59.99 and above, we offer free shipping.

Who pays the sales tax?

The sales tax is borne by the merchant, which means you can pick your favorite products at will without worrying about taxes.

What if I don't receive the product for a long time?

Please first make sure that you have filled out the correct shipping information. If the receiving information is incorrect, you may not be able to receive the product. If the receipt information is correct and you have not received the product more than 45 business days after it was shipped, you have the option of requesting a refund or a reshipment.

What if my order doesn't ship for a long time after I place it?

If the order takes too long to process (more than 10 business days), please contact us within 15 business days, for which there are two solutions:

  1. Directly refund the full amount.
  2. Arrange the shipment as soon as possible and provide an additional $6 coupon as compensation.

What if a product is lost in transit?

Although we are not responsible for products lost in transit, we can help you contact the logistics company. You can report your problem to us by phone or email (sales@mystiquejewel.com), and we will arrange for someone to check and solve the problem for you.
